30.08.09 Four members of family die in house fire in Germany On 30 August 2009, two children age 1 and 3 and their parents age 24 died in a domestic fire in Schwelm (Germany). Two other children age 4 and 6 were able to escape thanks to the help of a neighbour. De flammes were already bursting outside the house when the fire brigade arrived. The parents jumped from the window and the fire brigade was to late to help the children who were still inside. The cause of the accident has not been identified yet. |
